Privacy

AI Playbook (sudip-ai-playbook.pages.dev) is an educational site. We aim to collect as little personal data as possible.

What we do not do

• We do not run our own analytics or advertising trackers.
• We do not sell contact or browsing data.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, we store the email address you provide, your consent, optional name, and the page path where you signed up. We use double opt-in: you must confirm via email before you are added to the active list. Signups are stored in Supabase. Email delivery uses Resend. Subscriber lists are not publicly readable. Confirmed subscribers can manage preferences or unsubscribe via the links in confirmation and newsletter emails (tokenised preference centre). Hard bounces and spam complaints may suppress further sends until cleared by an administrator with an audited reason.

Public comments

On article and documentation pages you may leave an anonymous comment (display name and comment text). Comments are stored in Supabase and may be visible to other readers on that page.

Hosting

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may process technical data (such as IP address and request logs) under its own policies when you load pages.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not set marketing cookies. A consent banner lets you Accept or Decline. The site may use local storage in your browser for preferences and tools you use here, for example:

• Light / dark theme choice
• Daily notes, stickies, bookmarks and listen preferences
• Interactive playbook / ConsultAI workspace drafts
• A short cooldown timestamp after newsletter signup attempts (abuse protection only — not your email)
• A short cooldown timestamp after posting a comment (abuse protection only — not your comment text)

That data stays in your browser unless you clear site data or export it yourself. It is not a secure vault — avoid putting secrets or confidential client material in notes on a shared device.

Optional browser features

• Voice dictation (Daily Notes) uses your browser’s speech recognition. Some browsers send audio to a third-party service (for example Google in Chrome). Only use it if you accept that.
• Listen to content may download a speech model from a public model host (for example Hugging Face) so playback can run in your browser.
• Desktop notifications for the pomodoro timer only appear if you allow them.

Fonts and external links

Pages may load fonts from Google Fonts (a network request to Google). Links to Buy Me a Coffee, Ko-fi or other sites are third-party services with their own privacy practices.

Your choices

On first visit you can Accept cookies or Decline. Decline keeps essential browser storage only (for example theme). Accept allows optional non-essential storage for site tools. Clear this site’s data in your browser settings to remove local notes, preferences and your cookie choice (the banner will appear again). You can refuse microphone or notification permissions.
